VoltRank
For most bloggers and online marketers, backlinks are important. When I started blogging last 2008, I didn’t see its importance yet, though. I just did link exchanges because everybody was doing it. I thought it was just all about making friends online. But along the way, I got to learn how those things work. For one, backlinks could be a basis of how popular your site is. As per Wikipedia, “Their significance lies in search engine optimization (SEO).”
I’ve recently come across this site that helps you get free backlinks, and it’s called VoltRank. If you visit their site (don’t mistake it for Facebook, though), you can see there the 10 reasons to love VoltRank link exchange. Here’s a list for your convenience:
- Guaranteed Quality – High Page Rank, One-Way Links

For you to know more about those reasons, you really have to go to their site.
If I’d have the luxury of time already to go back to blogging regularly, I’ll consider signing up for this site and see if it’s really effective.
Blast at 21
Note: Photo dump ahead!
I’ve mentioned in one of my tweets last June/July that I wish to have a happy 2nd half of the year — happy semester, happy birthday, happy Christmas, and happy start of the new year. The first two have been achieved!
The last time I celebrated my birthday joyfully was last 2008, during my 19th birthday. I was with D’ Hacienderas then at Blue Reef.
Last year, it’s not that my 20th birthday was sorrowful. It just wasn’t good enough for me.
It was the only year, too, that none of us (Hacienderas) celebrated our birthdays with the group. But anyway, we’re all done with that. And I’m sooo happy that my 21st birthday has been totally awesome!
See my friends’ advance birthday treat for me.
Day 1 – November 27, 2010
Jessa, Shalee, Leslie, Suyin, Maidee, Jeff, Careby, and I went to Cebu Hidden Paradise Mountain Resort as planned.
After settling down, the 2 couples (JefLes & KerbYin) grilled the pork while Jessa, Shalee, and I played Uno (Maidee was our photographer).

Pay Your Debts
I just started watching a Kdrama yesterday, and today, I watched the episode wherein the main character was working really hard to earn money. Good thing her earning some money is not for paying her debts (she doesn’t have any) but for buying something expensive for her “love interest”. But if it’s for some financial problems, it would be better if she goes for some payday loans.
As I’ve always said, I’m not an expert when it comes to financial matters. Most of what I know are those I’ve learned in school and those I’ve read about online. Since debts are found in all corners of the world, ways on how to pay them are everywhere, too. It’s just a matter of looking for the best solution — the one that fits your situation. As for me, I refrain from borrowing money to avoid the problem of having to look for more money to pay for it. If you’re sick of that kind of problem, you can do the same, or suffer the consequences.
