Short Autobiography
My name’s Michelle, but I prefer to be called Mikyu since my real name seems to scare me.
I’m from a family of five — originally: mother, father, elder sister, me, younger brother; now: minus father, plus aunt. My parents decided to live separate lives when I was around 8 years old, but we lived life normally and happily, nevertheless.
I reside in Consolacion, Cebu.
I was schooled in San Narciso Preparatory School (nursery), Saint Joseph’s Academy (elementary and high school), and the University of San Carlos – Technological Center (college).
I originally wanted to take up a computer-related course (Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering) but I kind of got tempted by the fact that Industrial Engineering is a versatile one. I learned to love it ever since we had our major subjects. And now, I’m an IE graduate! Full-fledged Industrial Engineer.
I’m one who has several interests. And when I get really interested in things, I exert effort to explore, discover, and learn them.
I find solutions to problems on my own before asking for help from others. That’s how I learned a lot of things.
Some of the things I love to do are singing, talking, laughing, daydreaming. Yeah, typical. For the not-so-typical stuff, contact me if you’re interested. You’ll be surprised. Harrr.
Though I’d love to describe myself more here for you to know me better, I’d rather you meet me and be my friend. Then let’s take off from there. Promise, I don’t (and even if I do, I won’t) bite.
