    Hello! Welcome to my blog! I’m Mikyu. I’m 23 years old and I’m from Cebu, Philippines. I write/post mostly about these things:

    Blogging History

    I have always been fond of writing (since my elementary days), but I ‘officially’ started blogging last March 2008 using Blogger as the platform. I soon switched to WordPress and bought my first domain on July that year (animik.net) and another domain on October (ifancy.me). I gained a couple of online friends who were bloggers, too (mostly from Manila). I’ve been quite active in 2009 and 2010 especially because I became a member of the Cebu Bloggers Society, Inc. I lay low in 2011 when I graduated from college and got a job (and another activity to spend my time on). I decided to switch to Tumblr when I realized WP was too much of a pressure for me (I took down the whole blog). I only went back to blogging (tumblogging, particularly) last year, and this is where you are now. :)

    About Me

    I’m a relatively small girl whom you can usually see sporting a t-shirt, a pair of jeans, a backpack, a pair of wedges (makes me look a little bit taller than I really am), and a messy hair bun. I’m fond of cute and pretty things. I usually spend my weekends volunteering for Gawad Kalinga, pigging out with Mumu, or sleeping in. When I’m full of concentration, I unconsciously furrow my brows, so some people would think I’m angry. I’m more productive at night than in the morning, so I draft most of my blog entries on my way home from work (it’s a long ride) using my phone. I’m pretty talkative, but I’m not entirely senseless. :P
