The Mandaue Run for Life 2010 is initiated by the Mandaue Business Movement (MBM), which was formerly known as Mandaue Business Month.
The marathon signals the start of MBM events for the whole month of August. Proceeds of the marathon will be allocated for the benefit of MCCI’s medical mission and the Dasig Kabataan Foundation. For more information about the run, please see the poster.
I’ve been eating a lot lately, and I haven’t done anything to counter it — except maybe for the walks I do everyday. But I know it’s not enough.
So I decided to sweat out for real. I’m gonna go jogging with my aunt on mornings, but not necessarily daily.
And to complement it, I also decided to join fun runs with my friends. Aside from helping the beneficiaries, it’s a good way to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I’m excited to try it!

I love stars!

I need to start running…
I liked the one run I did; Relay for Cancer. It’s nice to be healthy and help people at the same time.
