Goodbyes and Hellos
Goodbye, long short hair! Hello, short short hair!
I had my already-short hair trimmed ‘coz I felt like it’s already longer than what I’m used to. 
I’m not into going back to my long-hair image just yet. Besides, shorter hair makes people look younger. 
Goodbye, extra-curricular activities! Hello, co-curricular ones!
I just want to focus on things that will make me graduate this March 2011. 
But, of course, if I have an extra time, I’d give myself a break. Work hard, play harder. Or, for an IE, work smart, not hard. Play smarter — and harder? 
Goodbye, Miss Dark Skies! Hello, Miss Sunshine!
No time for unhappiness now. It’s a wonderful world! 
I’m learning to accept things as they are, things I cannot change. I don’t want gloom to take over. 
If that’s how things are supposed to be, then I just have to embrace it with arms wide open. If I can change it, I’ll do my best. 
I may get hurt in the process (and that’s just normal for a human), but I’ll find a way to recover. Life’s a roller coaster anyway! I just have to enjoy the ride, however adventurous it may be.

I cut off my hair too.
I think they took like 10 inches. :’( Short hair is a lot easier to maintain, though.

I’ve got the same motto as you! Though it goes with some adverbs. Hehe. It’s the Italian saying, “Vive bene, spesso l’amore, di risata molto,” which means “Live well, love much, laugh often.”
