A long time ago, when I was still a kid, we used to watch a lot of cartoon shows and anime because of cable TV. We would just eat our meals in front of the TV most of the time! The mania would’ve been worse if it was Direct TV we’re having. I bet we wouldn’t even have time to prepare our meals! Hahaha. Yeah, that’s how powerful TV was to us.
But ever since we lost cable TV, let alone Direct Satellite TV, I haven’t been updated with what’s the latest on TV anymore. Lame, I know. However, my life’s not that boring. You see, when I’m not in school, I spend most of my time in front of my laptop. I surf away, not even bothering to do other productive things. But I still think about what it would’ve been like if I followed a lot of series on [cable] TV and actually getting addicted to it. Maybe it would be like having Direct TV in New York? Or cable TV in some other place? Hahaha. It would just be a dream for now. I still need something to slap me back to reality… and what’s in.

Actually, not yet. Hahaha.
I was just imitating Jill Valentine (Resident Evil 3) when she said that line in the game.
Anyway, school’s not totally over, for that matter. It’s supposed to be our final day already, but we still have an exam this coming Monday. Aja!
Even though I tried my best not to look busy, I have to admit that my life has been stressful for the past few weeks.
Exams, projects, reports and oral defenses… They kill. Hahaha.
But when classes ended just earlier tonight, I feel relieved. And nothing could’ve ended it right than being personally invited by my Ergonomics teacher to apply for summer OJT in the Industrial Engineering or planning departments in Timex (where he works; he’s just a part-time instructor in our school)!
I was actually surprised when he said that! And I feel honored by the fact that he only invited a few from our batch. Weeeee!
Though I don’t know if I’ll find my place there, I think I’m gonna take the shot. I’m still an applicant, of course. I still have to find out whether I’ll pass or not. Hahaha. But as long as the motivation is there, I’ll strive.
Just a quick update. I’ll be back soon with a meaty entry. Or not. Nyahahaha.
