Hapuhap Wellness Spa

Written on December 8, 2009 by Mikyu.

I’m still a college student but I already have a stressful life. Well, that’s already expected. :waaahhh: In college, you could expect the worse that you could get. In my (and other IE students’) case, I get a lot of research works, case studies, reports, and other whatnots. :tortured: It may not be fieldwork, but they give me a lot of body pains. Toink. :sweatdrop2: There was even one time when I felt like I just gotta get a massage, so I asked my aunt to give me one. After that, I felt a little better — more relaxed. :yes2:

I’ve never really tried getting a professional body massage from any massage parlor here in Cebu. But last Sunday, December 6, 2009, I got the chance to try it at Hapuhap Wellness Spa with my friends Bryan and Orville. :peace: I wasn’t really familiar with the place. Good thing Bryan and I found the building just along V. Rama Avenue. =D

When we got to the place, Mr. Francis Xavier Solis, one of the owners of Hapuhap Wellness Spa, greeted and welcomed us warmly. We had a little chat about their business, and we found out that they just opened last November 2, 2009. They’ve been around for just one month but they’re already doing well with it.

At around 7:30pm, the sessions started. It was quite obvious that I’m a first timer. Hahaha. :sweatdrop: Everything in the place was very relaxing — the gentle music, the aroma (I still smelled it though I had colds), and of course, the body massage itself. :) My therapist, Luna, was very accommodating despite my constant request for her to repeat her words at that time. Maybe I was kind of deaf because of my colds? Hahaha. :sweatdrop: Anyway, after 1 hour of lying down, getting all the soothing treatment I could get, I joined the guys in their talk while I was sipping my hot tea. :coffee:

Before we left the place, Mr. Francis Xavier gave each of us a loyalty card and their thank-you slip. And this, I presume, will keep me coming back in the future! If I have the money, that is. :sweatdrop:

If you want to avail of the services at Hapuhap Wellness Spa, it’s located at the 3rd flr. LBR Bldg., V. Rama Avenue, Cebu City. They also accept home/hotel service (with additional P50.00 on all services, taxi fare not included), so you may call them at 4174885. Operating hours is 1pm-1am on weekdays and 1pm-3am on weekends. And oh, don’t forget to visit their pages in Facebook, Multiply, and Friendster for more information. I’m sure you’ll want to try their services soon. ;)
