My head has been drowned by a lot of things for the past few days. Or the past week, rather. I was only glad that our classes weren’t so serious yet because Shalee (my VP) and I were able to work on some IE Council-related stuff. Unfortunately, our co-curricular organization still isn’t registered at the Student Affairs Office ‘coz some people and things weren’t really cooperative. :naku2: We only have a week until the deadline! Waaahhh. Help me, God! (Dalawa na lang naman yung kulang namin sa requirements so I hope it won’t be so much of a burden.) :onegai:

Anyway, since I got kinda busy even before classes started, I haven’t been able to update this blog with my records from the events I had attended. And I don’t feel like posting one entry for each of them. So I’ll just summarize everything here, duh. Hahahaha. ;p Nasa offline diary/journal at utak ko lang naman lahat eh so I’ll remember it all. Wahahahaha. :yes2:

What: Video Shoot
When: June 6, 2009
Where: Clado’s Residence
Summary: This all happened out of boredom? Wahahaha. :sweatdrop: We (Clado, Jorich, Kai, Tianexx, and I) really didn’t have a concept at first, but we came up with a story eventually. =P I have mentioned about our video shoot in this post. Finally, the video was polished and released. It’s entitled Yeko Ar! Hahahahaha. :camcorder:

What: CBS Meet-up with Senator Mar Roxas
When: June 11, 2009
Where: The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, IT Park
Summary: The Cebu Bloggers Society had a meet-up with Senator Mar Roxas for a casual interview. :) A number of CBS members were able to ask questions related and not related to politics. Here’s the video of Sen. Mar Roxas’ answer to the first question (why padyak?). The rest of the videos are in this album. Bwahahahahaha. =D

What: Mamma Maria’s Pizza Treat
When: June 12, 2009
Where: Mamma Maria’s Pizzeria in Cebu
Summary: It was the opening (the grand launching) of the pizzeria and the CBS members were few of the people who got to taste the biggest pizza in the Philippines. :pizza: And it was yumyummy! Swear! We tried the Fish Kinilaw, Kebab, and the Hawaiian pizzas. :pizza: Ang laki nga niya! Pero I want to see the 52-inch pizza! Thirty-inch pizza lang yata yung na-serve sa ‘min. Hehehehe. =)

Thanks to Doyzkie for this pic. :smile2:

What: Band Practice
When: June 13, 2009
Where: Tiborsho’s Residence
Summary: Guada, Kai, Tianexx, Clado, Pibi, Bryan, and I went to Tiborsho’s place to practice our song numbers for the 18th birthday celebration of Guada’s sister. :notes:

What: CBS Outreach Program
When: June 14, 2009
Where: Umapad, Mandaue City
Summary: The Cebu Bloggers Society decided to help the fire victims of Umapad by giving donations to some families. :) Though it wasn’t that much, I know they were happy that they received some. :happy3: And it made us happy, too! Nakakataba ng puso. :heartbeat: Rain or shine, CBS is always on the go! :D After the outreach, we had dinner at Bigby’s! We had a sharing of the gift certificates we received from the overclocking show last month. :kawaii:

What: HobCon ’09
When: June 20, 2009
Where: Parkmall, Mandaue City
Summary: The Cebu Bloggers Society was one of the media partners of the event. Though I came late because of a previous appointment, I was still amazed by what I saw when I got to the place. A lot of people were gathered in front (and at the sides) of the stage to watch the cosplayers in action! It’s actually my first time to witness real cosplaying. I’ve only seen a lot in magazines. :sweatdrop: If my sister was there, I know she could very much relate to it! She’s an avid fan of anime, and I swear she could’ve guessed the names of all the characters who were there! Hahahaha. XD I also liked the way some of the characters spoke Japanese. So kawaii. :cute: I can’t wait for the next cosplay event. And I would want to invite my sister when that time comes. :)

Here are some of the cosplayers I found interesting. Thanks to Cane Events for the event itself and the pictures. Bwahahahaha. =D

Kawaii ne!

Some of the cosplayers here are from USC. :yay:

We had dinner at Mang Inasal after. :meal: Then videoke at Song Hits! :music: Party people! Hahahaha.

At school naman, since we had a 4-hour break last Friday, Shalee and I went to Aimee‘s boarding house. Together, the three of us made up the vanity trio. Bwahahahahaha. Wala lang. ;p
