Last Thursday, I was hell sick. I’ve actually been sick for the days that followed that I could hardly do my routine. That was a nightmare. I’ve never felt so helpless. I didn’t tell my mom about it ‘coz I don’t want some concern from my family. Ahahaha. That’s how stupid I am. She wouldn’t have known if my aunt didn’t ask why I wasn’t my usual bubbly self. So ayun, my mom let me take some medication and told me to drink lots of water. The problem is that I don’t like our water. Mineral water kasi. I like the taste of tap water better but my mom suspects it to be contaminated and not fit for drinking so I didn’t risk na lang. I felt a little better on Saturday so I was able to join the Cebu Bloggers Society lunch-capade (okay, I made that word up)! I tried to carry myself normally ‘coz I really didn’t want to miss the fun.

Aimee was supposed to come with me at Max’s Restaurant in SM but because of uncontrollable circumstances (or something), she wasn’t able to show up. I asked Jessa to come with me instead. Luckily, she agreed! I love you, Es! We weren’t able to go by our plans kasi nakulangan din sa oras. Wahahaha. I dropped by the CR for a while and when Kai called, I asked her if she can fetch me ‘coz I was feeling kind of dizzy. Baka matumba ako ng ‘di oras eh. Hehehehe. The CBS people already had a table when I arrived. Those who came were Clarence, Atty. Ethelbert, Kai, Bryan, Ryan, Empress, Wil, Evanjohnn, Jessa, and me. We had chika galore for some minutes. Then the meal started. We had the 15%-off certificate. Though the food was great, I wasn’t able to enjoy it that much ‘coz it seems that my taste buds were not cooperating. I couldn’t taste anything other than the garlic rice. Nakalimang subo lang yata ako. Nyahahahahaha. Chika galore pa rin in between.

Sadly, I wasn’t able to eat halu-halo ‘coz I was avoiding cold and sweet food. But I drank cold water? Wahahaha.

After the meal, we were confused on where to go next. We didn’t want to stay in SM ‘coz it was too hot. Black out kasi sa whole Cebu. SM has generators naman ah? Maybe they didn’t want to waste it on air conditioning? Ngek naman. That’s the one thing people are looking for at this time of the year. Anyway, some members went ahead for their other appointments. Those who were left finally decided to go to Starbucks in IT Park. The traffic was heavy on the way! Good thing it was cold inside the taxi (I was with Jessa, Wil, and Master Clarence). The other group (Master Bryan, Kai, and Atty. Ethelbert) was already at Starbucks when we arrived. And they were the only ones who ordered din. Ahahahaha. The major thing that we did there was making some noise! Nyahehehehe. Atty. Ethelbert was also making issues! Bwahahahaha! Ang daming lumabas and such! We were laughing our heads out! I think that’s why I felt better. Laughter is the best medicine nga! Hehehehe. Official entertainer of CBS talaga si Atty. Ethelbert! Wuhoo! Jorich came later in the afternoon. The chika went on.

Then Atty. Ethelbert finally decided that we should go home na. Hahahaha. He also had another appointment kasi. We bid goodbye to the others. Kai, Master Bryan, Jessa, and I rode the same jeepney to SM. We parted ways on the next travel. Master Bryan and I went home together. Unlike on the way home from the CBS camp-out, I was not so talkative this time ‘coz I was extremely hungry! As in! My stomach was rumbling! I could almost eat Master Bryan! Hehehehe. I was just amused at the 3 girls sitting on the other side of the jeep. Jokers.

Yes, yes, I had fun again with my CBS family! Some members weren’t able to join us. Some said they didn’t see us, others said they weren’t informed. Waaahhh. Next time, let’s spread the love through texting! Hehehehe.
