Tarps Galore
These past few days, I’ve been in front of the PC, working my way with the following windows opened: Mozilla Firefox, Mikyu folder, Extras folder, and Adobe Photoshop CS3. 
What has been keeping me busy, aside from Plurk 
, was the designing of four tarpaulins. To tell you honestly, I’m not so good in making stuff in photoshop spontaneously. I have to have an idea first before actually bringing it to life. 
So now, I wanna share to you the fruits of my labor. Mahahahaha!

IE Week: It’s the main banner for our IE Week (actually, just three days), which is gonna happen next week. 
As you can see, the activities for that week are written there. And if you’re wondering why there’s a stopwatch in the design, I’m gonna tell you that the reason behind it is that it’s one of the tools used by Industrial Engineers (and students, too). 
It’s for our Time Study. 
Market Expo: Actually, I didn’t design that tarp. I was just the one who edited the 2008 version. Apparently, I transformed it to 2009. Hahaha. 
It’s the major activity of the week. The 4th year IE students are the ones to present it. 
Industrial Engineering: Just a plain tarp. Our teacher wanted a banner that our department (that is, IE) could use over and over again for different IE-related activities. So it’s kinda a formal one — USC logo on the left, ME/IE Department logo on the right. 
IP Tour: This is for our tour in Industrial Processes, one of our major subjects. We’re just gonna visit four companies and take a look of or just be lectured about the processes in manufacturing their products. 
That tarp (actually, two) will just be hanged in front of the buses we’re gonna use. Hehehe.

Those tarps are really nice, especially the first one you did! Not sure about the type of font you used for the big IE WEEK thing but it’s still great nevertheless

you have talent sis. I can use PS pero d like ng mga ganyan. aheheheh
I am using Paint Shop Pro to edit some pix lng and to make some layouts.

It’s cool that you get to experience making tarps for your school, and not just one but four tarps!
When I was in college, I made a poster once for an org… hanggang poster lang! May tarp din but I passed the task to my boyfie hahaha!
Anyway, you did a good job with the background, colors and shadows!
