My Friday and Saturday this week were simply amazing!
I have mentioned in my previous post that I’d be going to Bohol with my family and some relatives. My sister was not with us ‘coz she has hospital duties in Bogo. My aunt stayed home ‘coz there’s no one to guard the house or something. Baka may mangyari eh. Both of them have gone to Bohol already naman.
Anyway, the plan was that we will go back to Cebu on Sunday but since we were able to visit most of the tourist attractions already, we’re now back.
FYI, it’s my first time outside Cebu! That’s why I really documented my experience.
But you probably won’t be that interested anyway if I rant about it all day. So I’ll just do an ordered list… with pics! Hihihi.
December 26, 2008

- At Pier 3 very early in the morning. Jade Star (the boat) departed at 6:30am.
- The waters through the glass. This was all to see so I slept most of the trip.
- Bohol!
- The crew (some missing) at the pier. We arrived at 8:30am. Do the math.
- Sagbayan Peak Water Park. We arrived in Sagbayan Peak at 9:15am. We originally planned to take a dip there but because of time constraints (tour package), we let it go na lang.
- The dinosaur figure (Sagbayan Peak)! Mahahahahaha!
- The mini castle (KidsTown, Sagbayan Peak). Just a facade.
- Chocolate Hills – the most famous attraction in Bohol!
We arrived there at 10:45am. - The man-made forest. We just passed by at 12:15pm and had some picture-taking.
- The hanging bridge at 12:40pm. The other side of the bridge is a souvenir shop.
- The floating restaurant at Loboc River! One of my favorites!
We arrived there at 1:10pm and had our latelunch.
- A choir that entertained us while we cruised the river during mealtime.
- A mini waterfall. Heeheee.
- I think the Long River Cruise where we were in was the most enjoyable one because some foreigners joined the dancing of my not-so-distant cousins! Crazy moments!
- My cousins, the two foreigners, and the singer/entertainer.
- Tarsier at 3pm! Fluffy, fluffy! And wide-eyed, too!
- It’s really small compared to my face. Wahahaha!
- Sssnake! I think it’s not Prony the Python (which is 23 feet long). We arrived there at 3:50pm.
- Baclayon Church, one of the oldest churches in the Philippines. We prayed there for a while at 4:15pm.
- The Blood Compact Monument at 4:35pm. Do you remember in History? The blood compact of Legazpi and Sikatuna? I don’t.
- Dao Diamond Bed and Breakfast. It’s the dormitory/hotel where we stayed for the night (Friday). We checked in at 5pm.
- Island City Mall! At 6:20pm, my relatives were shopping some souvenirs and peanut kisses! Yummm!
Whew! That was a long day! We were back at the hotel at 9pm. I slept at around 10pm.
December 27, 2008

- Since we were not able to use the Dao Diamond pool last Friday night, we woke up early (around 4am) on Saturday morning to do the thing! Uhh, 5am yata kami nag-swimming.
- That’s me. Watching TV. Daw. Wahahaha.
- We had free breakfast at 6:45am.
- My breakfast. Yan ang free. Get me? Hihihi.
We checked out at around 8am. - Dumaluan Beach Resort at Panglao. We just took a few pictures at 8:20am since it was raining.
- Hinagdanan Cave at 9am. The hagdanan (stairs) was very slippery, you have to grip the railings tight!
- Stalactites at the cave. Now I’m not so confused with them and stalagmites! I have a mnemonic! Hihihi.
- The waters below.
- Punta Cruz Watch Tower at 10:30am.
- At the Lite Ferry. We arrived at the Port of Tubigon at 11:45am. The boat departed at 12:30pm. Thank God it wasn’t raining anymore! We were scared that it would turn into a typhoon or something. Hehehe.
- The balcony-ish part of the boat. Wahahaha. Whatever.
- Cebu! My home! Nothing beats!
We arrived in Cebu (Pier 1) at 2:30pm. Safe trip!
That was an unforgettable experience. I’ve got a feeling that we will be going back to Bohol! Sagbayan Peak Water Park naman! Soon!
By the way, the big versions of the pictures are here, if you’re interested. Hehehe.
PS Yeah, I was wearing my jacket most of the time (you know, that red one). I felt cold kasi eh. And it’s also windy. Harharhar.

I love stars!

Ang gandaaaaaa ng Bohol bes! Parang di pa nattouch ng modernization if you know what I mean. Ang ganda ng view pati yung waters! So maliit ba talaga yung tarsier? Di ba creepy? Haha. At kamusta naman ang 23 ft na snake? OMG. Dapat hinawakan mo or nagpapic ka kasama nya. *wow artista yung snake? haha*
Hay I badly want to go there. Cebu or Bohol. Basta makasama man lang si Ria. Sana payagan ako ni fathur!

Oo bes, province na province ang dating ng Bohol. Yung Tagbilaran City lang yata ang walang masyadong trees. Parang Cebu City rin ang feel dun. Hehehe.
Cute yung tarsier bes! Very fluffy ang fur! And nakakapit lang talaga sila sa branches! Hahaha. Yung mata nga lang parang creepy kasi ang laki eh. Masyadong rounded!
Yung snake naman, locked up sa cage eh. Baka tuklawin pa ako ng ahas, maging snakegirl ako. Wahahaha. Okay.
Cebu unahin mo bes! At isama mo si Yna! Pati si Eri kung pwede! At kung sino pa jan! Hahahaha.
