My day started so admirably! Well, I couldn’t really say it was the start of my day. In fact, it was the end of my day for yesterday. Get it? Anyway, myusc.ph was down the whole time last night, so we weren’t able to see our grades for last semester yet. In my friends’ case, they were waiting for their grades in Advanced Math. In my case, I was desperately waiting for my grade in Economics. That was the only subject where I got a very low midterm grade. How low? Well, a tenth before failure. Yeah, our teacher is tweaky like that. Ooops… bitter, eh? Nah. It’s just that I know it’s not entirely my fault. But when I was able to access the site at about 1am (yeah, this morning), I flashed a big smile! I was so happy to see my high grade in Economics! I wouldn’t boast how high it was, but it was pretty, well, high! Hahaha. Wondering why I was so desperate? It’s because it’s the only critical subject for me to still be a member of the Dean’s List. Sayang din ang discount ‘no! It’s a process, actually.

First, when I knew I had a low Economics grade, I was just wishing I would pass the finals.
Then, when I knew I passed, I was hoping I’d have a grade of 2.5 or higher (for the Dean’s List).
Now that I know I have a high grade (higher than 2.5) and I could still be in the Dean’s List, I’m aspiring to be still on the top 3 because only the top 3 students will get the discount.

O diba parang ‘di ako na-satisfied? Hahaha.

Then, today was our enrollment day. We were so early in school because we wanted to be done early. Duh. Together again ang show ng barkada namin (though not absolutely complete)! I mean, our friend who was away from us for more than a year was with us this day!

Ayan, we were sitting on the floor na because the advising and encoding of subjects happened still later that morning. But we’re still thankful we were able to enroll in all our subjects even though the system was really s-l-o-w and it took us almost the whole day to finish everything. A lot of things happened that day, which made me almost beat to death. Nakatulog nga ako sa jeep on my way home eh! Salamat na lang at wala na akong lakad for the next few days. Tulog to the max na ‘to!
